- 16 dried apricots
- 8 tsp. of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped shelled pistachios (2 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. of honey
- Freshly ground pepper
- Arrange apricots on a serving platter and top each apricots with 1/2 tsp. of blue cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey, sprinkle with pepper.
