Blueberry Tofu Smoothie
This Smoothie contains more than one type of fruit and is high in vitamin C, which keeps gums and blood vessels healthy. Try many colors and kinds of fruit.

Amount Per Serving (About 1 cup): 90 Calories, 3 g. Protein, 20 g. Carbohydrates, 1 g. Dietary Fiber, 15 g. Sugar, 0.5 g. Fat (0 g. Sat Fat), 5 mg. Cholesterol, 35 mg. Sodium
- 3⁄4 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of vanilla soy milk
- 3 oz. of silken tofu
- 1⁄2 cup of orange juice
- 1 tsp. of lime juice
- In blender, combine blueberries, banana, soy milk, tofu, orange juice and lime juice. Puree until completely smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers within 2-3 hours.
- Add 2-3 more tsp. of lime juice for more tartness.
