- 7 oz. of low-fat frozen strawberry yogurt
- 8 oz. of strawberries
- 4 cups of no-fat milk
- Soften yogurt slightly, cut into pieces. Hull the strawberries, cut each in half.
- Blend or process ingredients, in batches, until smooth.
